Testing and debugging is a challenging step in board manufacturing. It can be super tricky on a fully populated PCB. So how can you test connections when you have an assortment of components blocking your probe?

These Basic Micro SMT Test Hooker have solderable tabs on one end so you can attach a wire, and on the business end, a spring-actuated double-hook.They easily snap onto your project, and they're ideal for ultra-low profile surface-mount testing! Push down on the test hook, and they will attach to larger components like thru-hole parts, DIP, SOIC and such. These are not small enough for TSSOP's or TQFPs. 

These are not the high quality ones you see that come with expensive logic analyzers - but they do get the job done.

Comes 6 in a pack, one of each color. Note that you will need to solder to the tabs to use them.
