I2C EEPROM - 256kbit

This is an I²C, 256Kbit, Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), capable of operation across a 2.5V to 5.5V range. It has been developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. This PTH IC also has a page write capability of up to 64 bytes of data and is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 256K boundary. Its functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 2Mbit address space.

These 8-pin chips can be the back bone of any microprocessor project, only need two wires to communicate, and retain their data even with power failure.
