Protect all your GPIO pins with this board. It sits comfortably in-between your Raspberry Pi 2, A+ or B+ and your project to provide protection from accidental shorts or voltage slips.
Each GPIO is protected by a 330ohm resistor to limit excessive current, and a zener diode to sink any voltage up to 5v meaning it is safe enough to use 5v logic sensors quickly and easily with your Raspberry Pi.
The design is shaped to fit inside the Cyntech Pi 2 / Model B+ case and allow a GPIO ribbon cable to extend outside of the case to connect to a breadboard and split or other expansion board.
