Octopus Analog UV sensor (GUVA-S12SD) is the UV electric brick in the Octopus series, with the same orientation connectors, and PCB fixing holes as the other Octopus electric bricks.

It can measure the total UV intensity of sunlight; linear signal voltage output; and it can be used as a UV dosimeter, UV index instrument, a flame detector, etc,.

Quick Start

Hardware Connection

Connect the module with the wire(with buckle) to the PI pins on the Octopus:bit, insert the micro:bit to the Octopus:bit.

Software Programming

Program in the makecode and analog read P1 to get the intensity of the UV that would be displayed on the micro:bit. Links

The UV intensity is showing on the micro:bit.
